The key technologies in terminal sensing ammunition system includes:sensor detection technology, explosively formed projectile technology, stable scanning technology, the overall sensitivity Projectile technology. Among them, the stable scanning technology is the most important, and how to design the process of stable scanning is the key to research the terminal sensing ammunition system with two wings.In this paper, the process of stable scanning design methods has been studied and the main research contents include:First, analysis of the scanning motion forming mechanism of terminal sensing ammunition without parachute and resonance spin forming conditions with using the forced movement of asymmetric projectile theory, which provide a theoretical basis and frame of reference to design the process of stable scanning in the terminal sensing ammunition system with two wings; Second, completing the model of cylinder weight distribution and design of the principal axis of inertia approaching Orthogonal test while dynamics analysis of projectile by taking into account the effects of resonant rotation caused by the position of Inertia coordinate system and the size of Inertia tensor; Third, calculating the aerodynamic forces of the terminal sensing ammunition system model with two wings after establishing the terminal sensing ammunition system aerodynamic model, on the basis of the results, putting forward the thinking about dislocation arrangement the wings to optimize the aerodynamic forces of the body model and comparing the results calculated with the wings arrangement correctly; Fourth, establishing the mathematical model and6D ballistic differential equations of the terminal sensing ammunition system with two wings combined the thinking about dislocation arrangement the wings.After the calculation of6D ballistic differential equations, to verify the feasibility of the proposed design method by analyzing the process characteristics of stable scanning in terminal sensing ammunition system with two wings.
