In this paper, the exterior ballistics characteristic of the stable scanning technologies used in terminal sensing ammunition (TSA) system is analyzed. Two-body motion's dynamic model is constructed respectively on the assumption that the weather is perfect. Subsequently, according to the geometrical and kinematics relations among different parts of the system. The stander form equation set is obtained and program it. Scanning characteristic, such as falling velocity, the scanning angle and scanning space is computed and analyzed. The dynamics model considering the ballistic wind is discussed, and the law of the different kind of wind influencing the scanning characteristics is presented.In order to simulative the progress of the stable scanning, a three dimension graphic software system is developed, which can help us study also can simulate the whole flight process.
