With the rapid development of electronic technology, the request for power system is increasing. Digitization and soft-switching technology are hot spots of the development of switching power supply. The PSFB ZVS converter based on the MC56F8013clip is presented in this dissertation with the combination of soft-switching technology and digitization.Firstly, the development of the SMPS, some topologies commonly used in power supply, the characteristics of digital power are described in this dissertation, and the digital PSFB ZVS converter solution is put forward. Then, basic theories such as the control mode, the working mode, the duty ratio loss, the lagging leg’s soft-switching, etc, are proposed in depth.Meanwhile, the design of500W PSFB ZVS converter’s hardware and software are given. The design of hardware includes the design of main circuit, magnetic component, driver circuit, voltage acquisition circuit and so on. Then, the PS control strategy, the small signal model of ZVS converter and PI algorithm are proposed in this dissertation. At last, the diagram of the software design is drawn according to design requirements.Finally, based on the MATLAB simulation software, the simulation of the500W PSFB ZVS converter is confirmed. Waveforms in different experimental conditions are given. At last, The500W PSFB ZVS converter based on the MC56F8013clip is designed. The waveforms and data are analysed in detail, and the correctness of the whole design are proved finally. |
