With the development of digital control theory and semiconductor technology,digital control of power supply technology has become one of the key research directions of power electronics technology development.Among them,phase-shifted full-bridge DC/DC converter with its advantages of small switching loss,high efficiency and small output current ripple,widely used in various power occasions,while the price of digital controller has been falling,performance has been improving,digital control has become the main development direction of switching power supply.In this paper,an improved 24V/100 W digital phase shift full bridge DC/DC converter is designed by combining digital control and soft switching technology.Mainly from the following aspects:First,the development trend and common topological structure of switching power supply are introduced,and the design scheme of improved phase shift full bridge DC/DC converter is proposed.The working principle of phase shifted full bridge DC/DC converter is analyzed,and the key problems of phase shifted full bridge DC/DC converter are studied,such as secondary side duty ratio loss,lag bridge arm soft switch,etc.On this basis,an improved phase shift full bridge ZVS converter is designed.The primary side adopts the full bridge structure,and the secondary side adopts the center tap uncontrolled rectifier.The primary side is connected with the resonant inductor to make the switching tube conduct under zero voltage successively,realizing the constant frequency soft switching,and improving the overall efficiency,EMI performance and power density of the power supply.Then,control circuit design of phase shift full bridge ZVS converter based on DSP.In this paper,based on Texas Instruments TMS320F28034 as a digital control chip,study the phase-shifted PWM signal generation method,design the corresponding sampling circuit,drive circuit,etc.,and small signal modeling analysis of the main circuit,design PI control loop,and finally write program flow chart according to the design requirements,complete the software design.Finally,prototype production and simulation analysis and testing.The PSIM simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the phase shift full-bridge ZVS converter to demonstrate the rationality of the theoretical design.The hardware parameters are calculated by Mathcad software,and the hardware circuit is designed and a prototype is made by AD software according to BOM.After that,the prototype is tested experimentally to verify the correctness of the design of the phase-shifted full-bridge ZVS converter.
