This modeling method avoids the subjective factors of traditional modeling methods, the model can objectively and accurately display process.This article will do some research Based on the theory of the process of transformation, enterprise network technology, process mining modeling:Firstly, it carries on the analysis to the bulk port truck operation flow present situation, pointed out the existing problems;Secondly,it put the Internet of things technology into port automobile work flow,does process improvement and business process reengineering;Thirdly,using the Internet of things technology,it extract the transformation operation data before and after,then process and analyze the model,and at last obtain the analysis report,validate the transformation effect.
