Warehouse is a place of greater fire load, and the influence of fire consequencesis great that on people’s production and life. With the rapid economic development,stereo, multi-layer warehouse is applicated more and more by enterprise. They havethe advantages of less land and large storage capacity, functional areas, but the fireaccident’s consequence of multilayer warehouse is also high. The construction suchas Warehouse should meet standards of the level and vertical fire zone, the horizontalpartition of general warehouse is to be able to strictly enforce national standards, butby result of transported process’s requirement of the multilayer warehouse. It needsto set a variety of the vertical channel such as special elevator, conveyor belt. If theycann’t meet requirements of vertical fireproof partition and a fire occurs in awarehouse’s bottom, the vertical channel will greatly promote the fire and smokespreading to the upper, the warehouse inside will produce a large area of hightemperature area and a large number of flue gas, and fire consequences results moreseriously.In this paper, we study architecture characteristics of multiple warehouses,measure multilayer cigarette warehouse of Harbin cigarette factories, its groupmulti-layer, and analysis the distribution of the vertical fire zone. This paper raisesto use vertical lifting channel of multilayer warehouse to set level air curtain,and itcan prevent vertical diffusion of high temperature flue gas, if there is a fire. In orderto it can delay the spread of fire. Application of fire dynamics simulation softwareFDS to simulate level air curtain setting and the analysis of temperature field of firescenario in the multi-level warehouse, and then get situation of smoke spread in thehoist holes when multi-level warehouse is influented by elevator on vertical fireproofpartition. The main research content:(1) Through the analysis of the distribution of vertical fireproof partition andconstruction characteristics of domestic multi-level warehouse, and application offire dynamics simulation software FDS, we simulate smoke diffusion condition between the floor hole at multi-layer warehouse when there is a fire.(2) Analysis the parameters that influence spraying of the air curtain conditions.Taking advantage of the fire dynamics simulation software FDS, we simulate smokediffusion condition between the floor hole at multi-layer warehouse when there is afire.(3) Through the numerical simulation analysis, it is concluded that differentparameters of the air curtain on the vertical fireproof partition of multi-levelwarehouse. We can get the optimum Compared setting method of air curtain. Usingthe least squares method, we get linear relationship between the parameters, andsums up the law of the air curtain.In this paper the simulation content can do the same as a warehouse fire inmultilayer vertical division promotion machine parts of the smoke fire means tostudy foundation.
