This thesis concerns on little tooth planetary gear drive theory, introduces the development history of ring reducer, which also describes a number of scholars’results of the study on the ring gear, and introduces the ring transmission principle and structure type.This article on a company’s experimental study of double-loop transmission, because of its cyclical stuck in running, for research and analysis on issues of its existence. Based on Pro/E software accurately experimental double-loop transmission components of three-dimensional modeling, and entity assembly; using the Pro/E motion simulation capabilities for transmission interference checks, ensure the design under the condition of transmission ratio, transmission gear no interference phenomena, having verified that the transmission gear parameter selection was reasonable.Through this double-loop transmission mechanical analysis of annular plate theory at the dead center, the conclusion that the phase difference is180°dual-loop transmission using single shaft was one of the dead center of the reason for the stability of the transmission cannot be. And to make recommendations for the improvement of experimental transmissions programmed, guarantee of the original input and output structure is essentially the same premise, by increasing the auxiliary drive gear so that it changes to a double-loop dual input structure to ensure continuity of the motion transmission.Using ANSYS analysis software for improved dual-ring transmission ring-plate finite element analysis of transmission part of the Assembly as a whole, corresponding driven crank up each interval15°takes a position, solving the limit load of each variation of bearing loads and stress and deformation of the individual part. Curves of finite element calculated bearing load curve is basically in line with the theoretical calculations, describes the correctness of the results of finite element analysis; Meanwhile, received all parts with the crankshaft angular change of stress and deformation figure to arrive at the location of the maximum deformation and stress, to improve the institutions has reference value.
