Under the background of Hohhot’s heating situation, this article focuses on Hohhot serious loss of energy in the heating process. To reduce the energy loss, the article proposes three aspects of improvement in the Hohhot’s central heating system.First of all, heating energy take cogeneration instead of traditional distributed boiler heating. Cogeneration mode not only in the heating can provide good heat source, but also focus on improving the energy wasted effectively.Secondly, heat transfer station system using inverter device to achieve heat system’s varying frequency speed controller through comprehensive analysis of heat transfer station’s energy-saving potential. When the inverter frequency is changed, the speed of the circulation pump, water supply pump equipment With the change in the supply and return water temperature to ensure that once the pipe network and the secondary pipe network and the supply and return water pressure at the same time to meet the supply requirements, it has also played a role in energy-saving and energy-saving; while using the control center and the data acquisition system can better realize online real-time.Finally, through the analysis of the central heating system steam control system structure, fuzzy control and neural network control advantages applied to the heating system of the steam flow control, and combined with Siemens Saphir controller which is used for special heating, more timely, simple, effective control of a pipe network of electric control valve, ensure that the secondary pipe network water temperature reaches set point requirements also can effectively reduce the heat consumption of a pipe network. The Simulation results show that the application of fuzzy neural network control strategy is able to control the central heating system’s electric control valve and achieve very good results, and played the role of energy-saving in central heating system.
