With the development of our country’s economy and continuous improvement of productivity, people put forward new requirements to the process of production, sales and management of products continuously. At the same time, the quality of products has become a key factor in the international and domestic market competition. For construction projects, the construction quality of project is good or bad related to the security, the usability, and the fire performance. Thus, enhancing project quality management, is a top priority for building enterprise. It is necessary to study and explore the practice in this theory.This paper first describes the concept of project quality management, the concept of quality, quality control and project quality management has been gradually cleared. Then the paper elaborates the project quality management in construction, expounds the basis of quality controlment, the influencing factors and the quality control measures from the process and stages of project construction in each main project, in which the various factors affecting construction quality in construction process have been cleared. Then it briefly discusses the analysis and the processing procedure of quality problem. The reason, the quality analysis method and the processing steps are separately discussed.This paper focuses on the application and research of quality management theory in "Ming Shi Yuan" engineering projects. The paper focuses on the quality controlment of "Ming Shi Yuan" project construction process. It describes five factors that are the people, the material, the machinery, the construction methods and the environmental from the basic theory of project quality management and the "Ming Shi Yuan" engineering project construction process, that affect the quality of engineering.Finally analyses the problems arising from the project.
