With the importance of vehicle is increasing in the economic development,People not only have higher request for riding comfort of car, but also have m-ore and more requirements for heavy-duty commercial vehicle ride comfort. Alt-hough our country’s commercial vehicle industry has made good progress in ge-neral, compared with the development of car in our country is still relatively i-nsufficient, Whether in the design level or in the production technology is relat-ively backward. As increasingly demands of users for commercial vehicle ridecomfort, the manufacturer attaches great importance to improve the commercialvehicle ride comfort at present. The cab suspension system as an important p-art of the vehicle, has a great influence comfortability. so the cab suspension s-ystem optimization research is of great practical significance.This article summarizes the overview of the domestic commercial vehicle ca-b suspension system for optimization design, and discusses the current domesticresearch level and current situation of the commercial vehicle cab suspension sys-tem comfort. The cab suspension system is mainly composed of elastic element-s and damping elements, They are important parts to connect to the bridge anda frame, in addition to supporting the cab, the function of the cab suspensionsystem has damping effect and has good filtering vibration from the road. Thispaper in full knowledge of the structure of the cab and based on results of pred-ecessors’ research, using the modern optimization design method and multi-rigid-body dynamics theory of cab suspension system is optimized, and the method ofanalysis is proposed, Combining with the relevant standards of vehicle vibration,the ride comfort of cab is evaluated.The study of the cab suspension system structure characteristics, lays a foun-dation for the optimization of suspension system. According to the optimizationof the evaluation criteria for the optimization parameter values are changing anddebugging, so to design variable parameters when the bridge model is establish-ed. this topic to research the cab suspension system model is established with ADAMS,And optimize the model. And then use mathematical software MATLAB computer program to find the solution and the parameter equation, Multidiscip-linary optimization software ISIGHT as a platform for parameter optimization,I-SIGHT software can automatically call when in optimization calculation in MAT-LAB calculation data and optimize the design variables, Eventually get the opti-mal solution. In this article, first of optimization to get the optimal solution in t-he ISIGHT carries on the preliminary analysis, Then use ADAMS to do vibrati-on analysis model respectively before and after optimization, Through the optim-azed cab model had the very big enhancement in comfort.
