Our country has entered into the ranks of the aging population. According to the old physiological characteristics, the skin becomes thin, subcutaneous fat reduce, not flexible joint activities, various viscera function has a different degree of loss, and easy to appear all sorts of common sexual disease. According to the traffic department relevant statistics, in recent years, the number of traffic accidents significantly increased. Sitting position to the elderly and the accident happened a day keep longer time to pose, bone prominent parts of the elderly and the accident happened a day keep longer to pose,bone prominent parts of the circulation of the blood will be hindered,lack of nutrition and necrosis happened organization, easy to produce of pressure ulcers, So developing a reduce pressure cushion is sitting with practical significance. Although the cushion of relieving pressure on market products is relatively common, but domestic haven’t cushion human interface pressure measurement, with no use of finite element simulation research and design cushion.This paper is to use the framework of experiment to compare the pressure distribution and contact surfaces between cushion and body,to find design thought of cushion, with the finite element simulation of cushion for the detailed design, build the cushion of the interaction of the human body system,and the program of the various parameter setting and real word degree is simial to the hips cushion interface pressure value of the main factors, and finally verified by using measured cushion design method of the reduced pressure effect.Quantification the human body-cushion surface biomechanics parameter by the X-sensor pressure test system,the pressure distribution and contact surface,put forward the cushion design thought; Construct the geometry model of cushion by3D scanning system,reverse engineering software and CAD software.Based on Ansys/Ls-Dyna analysis program that general power simulate real world cushion-the human body in the process of interaction,correlation analysis results provide the basis for the cushion parameter design,detailed design. Finite element method simulation shows that seat surface shape curved surface depression depth of the reduced pressure performance differences influence,silicone pad with the original sponge cushion to reduce surface pressure have composite function.Compared the interface pressure acquired with finite element and experiment to verify pressure effect of the designed cushion by finite element method.The study showed:cushion structure form of change on the pressure distribution effect. Should design can make human body-cushion contact area increased and deformation process in loading, cushion shape adapt to the buttock contour. The final design a buttock-thigh sag depth, choose silica gel mat placed in the bone protruding points below. The simulation and experiment results both show designed cushion have an effect on reduce pressure.
