This paper mainly talked about that the traditional target-scoring work is realized by artificial in different shooting trainings for military, public security and the sports competitions. There are some drawbacks for this artificial work such as the low precision, high safety risk and waste in human resource. Moreover, the safety issues should be a priority for all. Therefore, I developed a photoelectrical automatic target-scoring system. It is mainly used for testing the weapon system with the target intensity, single impact position and bullet hole size. Furthermore, it is available to determine the distance between the bullet holes and target center that is miss distance. According to the technical specifications, I determined the whole program for the photoelectrical automatic target-scoring system, and designed the main optical system and mechanical structure. Then, I made a accuracy analysis and tested some important parameter for the system which I designed. The testing results were consistent with the design results. So the design is in line with the claim.The main achievement is that finished the design of optical automatic target-scoring system. I proposed the whole program for the system, and designed the conformance system and the mechanical structure. Focus to de problem which appeared during the process of the design, I solved them. Moreover, I improved the original structure, so that it is more dependable and applicable.
