| With the social and economic impetus, the automobile industry is developing rapidly because of people’s choose of travel concept tool, with rapid increas of cars, the traffic accident happenes more and more frequently, and a great part of the casualties is caused due to the lane departure.Therefore, the research about LDWS (Lane Departure Warning System) technology has great significance for reducing this kind of accident.We studied the important technology about LDWS,and improved the image acquisition part.We designed the wide dynamic camera based on the wide dynamic CMOS image sensor MT9V024, in order to raise the camera’s dynamic range to improve the quality of the image. In addition, in view of the LDWS’s algorithm, we use the Angle method to realize lane departure decision, at the same time, if the system fails to detect the lane line,we can keep warning according to the vehicle direction Angle data.We researched the hardware platform and the software algorithm of the system. About the hardware platform, we used TMS320DM642processor to design the hardware system; about the algorithm of software, we realized image algorithm in the VC6.0environment first, and transplantated the algorithm to the DSP hardware platform then; at last, by processing the image of the wide dynamic CMOS camera, verified the efficiency of the LDWS. |
