In this paper, we have studied the organic solar cell with a modified layer structure. We modified the anode and the cathode of the organic solar cell, respectively, in order to achieve the purpose of improve the performance of the device.We use PEDOT:PSS, LiF and C60as modified layer. There are two kinds of the modified layer structures, single film and bilayer films. Using PEDOT:PSS, LiF single film and LiF/PEDOT:PSS, PEDOT:PSS/LiF bilayer films modified the anode of the organic solar cell, and LiF, LiF/C6o modified the cathode. Changing the thickness of films and testing I-V, QE and C in oder to find the better performance.After the analysis of the experimental data, we have found that PEDOT:PSS/LiF bilayer films as anode modified layer structure was better than others. When the thickness of LiF film was0.2nm and Ceo was3nm, the device with LiF/C6o as cathode modified layer structure have the better performance.
