Research On Automobile Exhaust Measurement System

As the global increasing pollution problems, as one of the main sources of pollution of vehicle exhaust pollutant emissions control has become an international environmental issue In recent years, vehicle emissions in promoting the global auto industry development.by leaps and bounds at the same time, but also led to the rapid development of detection equipment, fuel and other related industries in the area. At this stage, in order to minimize space pollution, improve air quality, many countries have begun to explore the area and developed for automotive exhaust emissions of new emission standards, in view of this, a new generation of automobile exhaust detection system developed has become a trend.Fully both at home and abroad is presented in this paper, based on the current status of vehicle emission research, at the current emissions testing related theory such as absorption spectra theory based on the theory of gas absorption spectrum analysis theory and so on, to carry on the design of automobile exhaust detection system.This paper designed a set of relatively sound detection of automobile exhaust systems, in terms of hardware, the paper design, software selection in microprocessors, signal processing terminal hardware framework, infrared sensor selection, signal regulation circuit module and system modules etc. the main author of the test system software main processes in detail and describes the system design and data collection ADS development environment design process. Finally, in order to further verify the scientific, feasibility and accuracy of the detection of automobile exhaust systems, for system debugging and simulation, through data collection and analysis, the problems continue to debug the system, calibration and calibration. Through debugging and simulation to validate the design of this study automobile exhaust detection system stability, feasibility and real-time performance have reached the design target.
