Air Conditioner’s developing direction is mainly from three aspects of environmental protection, energy saving and intelligent control. The purpose is to achieve the best energy saving on the basis of comfort level to meet the people on. Air conditioning energy level does not meet the national requirements are not allowed to sell. In the air-conditioning intelligent control, air conditioning manufacturers invested enormous human and material resources of wire centralized air-conditioning control, centralized control of the network, the phone control,telephone control and other aspects of research and development work.Nowadays, most of the office buildings and offices have been installed with air conditioners and use regularly, so that people leave the office and forget to turn off the air conditioners.Sometimes, the air conditioner indoor temperature was set too low, which increased the operating energy consumption of the air conditioners, reduce the comfort of indoor environment and shorten the life of air conditioners. Therefore, the research and development of air conditioning energy saving control system based on infrared induction of human body is a good market demand, and it also promote the development of air conditioning technology.Based on human infrared sensor applied research and development in energy-saving air conditioner control system, mainly through the human body infrared detection, to exercise control air conditioner switch, air temperature, etc., to achieve comfort, energy and security purposes. This paper describes the study of human sense infrared energy-saving control applications introduced research status at home and abroad. In the air conditioner body infrared energy-saving control for the study, mainly studied the human infrared sensor to detect energy market research and functions to determine, human infrared sensor detects the hardware schematics and circuit design and human infrared sensor to detect energy-saving control applications.Central air conditioner unit in accordance with the specific requirements of energy saving control, selected representative ATmega32 embedded chip as the main control unit prototype and describes the main features of the main chip development environment; analyzing the functional requirements of the central air-conditioning energy saving controller, complete the order for the overall design of the main chip ATmega32 controller chip applications designed content ATmega32 system interface circuits, infrared remote control code learning module,human infrared sensor module and ambient room temperature detection module and other hardware, as well as the completion of the remote control code learning and launch preparation of other software, hardware and software systems and commissioning. Finally, amodel of central air-conditioner for the control object, completed the energy-saving controller of electrical system design and prototype production, installation and commissioning.Through experiments on human infrared sensor controller mounted air conditioning unit commitment and temperature control show that the development of energy-saving controller enables human activity sensor, the air conditioner temperature setting start-stop control and other related functions.
