The paper developed a electro-hydraulic test platform for simulating the servo system’s load, Electro-hydraulic load simulation system based on servo system approval test can simulate all kinds of loading moments such as static resistance moment, intertia moment, shooting moment, sinusoidal moment in laboratory to assess the performance of servo system. System adopts dual-uses of hydraulic motor as actuating mechanism. Two motors of double-hydraulic motor can be used as motor or pump to simulate moment. The mathematical models of hydraulic motor as motor was established in this paper, and the characteristics of model and surplur torque were analysed. The paper used loading motor output shaft angle displacement for the surplus torque feed-forward compensator, which can reduce the system order while effectively eliminated surplus torque and adaptive fuzzy PID control to solve the system’s problem as nonlinearity, phase lag, steady-state reeor and so on. With LabWindows/CVl as development tool, the loading simulator control software with the excellences of handy operation, good user interface is designed. The results of simulations and expriments show that the complex controller technique prominently improves the static、 dynamic characeteristics and tracking accuracy.
