The focus of the Smart Grid is the interaction of power supply and powercustomer, the improvement of reliability of power supply, and the flexibility ofnetwork. The smart grid is the development direction of modern power grid.In the“Smart Grid”,the self-healing is one of the key technologies. The rapid development ofdistribution automation, laid the foundation for the self-healing.This paper is study ofthe self-healing control technique of city distribution network, based on thedevelopment status and research achievements of the existing power gridself-healing,but the most of current domestic is for the study of self-healing controltechnique of transmission network,so this paper mainly studies the self-healingcontrol technology of the city distribution grid. This paper presents a self-healing citydistribution network control technology, which is basing on artificial fish swarmalgorithm, and the specific work is as follows:(1) Firstly, this paper made a study of the artificial fish swarm algorithm, whichwas put forward by Li Xiaolei in2002,and they put the feeding behavior, swarmbehavior, and random behavior to the design. But the AFSA is not enough in theoptimal solution of the exact value. So, using the genetic algorithm improve theAFSA,we call it as binary artificial fish swarm algorithm.(2) To establish the model of the city self-healing distribution network. First, thispaper analyze the classical model which is basing on hierarchical intelligent control, and puts forward a method of state comparison on power grid. The mathematicalmodel should satisfy the constraints and objective function of power grid.(3) Based on B-AFSA and state comparison of power grid, this paper writes" Theself-healing city distribution network control management system" software, usingC#language. This paper computes some examples of the power grid, and proves thatthis research method is available.
