| High durability of concrete structure can significantly reduce the engineeringhidden danger and the number of redundant construction,so it is the development trendof the future. Basalt fiber have a series of advantages such as high costperformance,corrosion resistance,green environmental protection, the sources of rawmaterials and so on. The first part of this article have studied C50and C60and C70high performance concrete in the basalt fiber volume content of0ã€0.1%ã€0.2%ã€0.3%of basalt fiber reinforced high performance concrete compressive strength, splittingtensile and flexural mechanical properties and find out the volume content with basaltfiber can bring out the best matching. The first part of this article also find out bestsynergistic effect of high performance concrete strength grade on the basis study in mixproportion design of C50and C60and C70high performance concrete.Performance of core concrete of concrete filled steel tubular short column hasremarkable effect on the performance of concrete filled steel tubular short column.With better toughness and ductility, fiber concrete can significantly increase theductility of steel pipe concrete column. Through the three levels and three factorsorthogonal test, under the condition of the strength of high performance concrete ofC50ã€C60ã€C70, basalt fiber volume content of0.1%ã€0.2%ã€0.3%, and steel ratio of0.132ã€0.169ã€0.208, the second part of this article have studied basalt fiber reinforcedhigh performance concrete filled steel tubular short column-bearing capacity curvecalculation and actual bearing capacity, displacement curve, longitudinal strain, lateralstrain-capacity-bearing capacity curve, the factors and find out the optimal capacitylevel.Engineering economic analysis and evaluation has great practical significance, it isimportant way to obtain the best benefit under the limited resources. With the cost ofraw material cost for per root short column index, bearing capacity as objective functionthe third section of this paper have done the evaluation of orthogonal test9root ofbasalt fiber reinforced concrete filled steel tubular short column under the condition ofeconomic effect, and find out the best economic effect factors under USES valueengineering theory analysis.Through the experimental study on the parts and theoretical analysis, the followingconclusions are drawn: (1) The best C50ã€C60high performance concrete compressive strength under thecondition of basalt fiber content is0.2%, the highest increase rate of11.4%ã€9.5%.C70high performance concrete under the condition of basalt fiber incorporation will sharplyreduce the compressive strength, volume content of0.3%, the highest rate of19.7%.Contrast the volume content of three grade concrete compressive strength increase rate,C50high performance concrete with basalt fiber has the best match. C50ã€C60ã€C70high performance concrete flexural strength under the condition of best basalt fibervolume content of0.2%,12.2%ã€15.5%ã€15.1%higher than that of not doped fiber.Compare the volume content of three grade concrete flexural strength increase rate, C60high performance concrete with basalt fiber has the best match. C50ã€C60ã€C70highperformance concrete splitting tensile strength under the condition of best basalt fibervolume content of0.1%,7.2%ã€16.8%ã€17.6%higher than that of not doped fiber.Compare the volume content of three grade concrete flexural strength increase rate, C70high performance concrete with basalt fiber has the best match.(2) Comparing the contrast calculation data (N1/N0) found the basalt fibers mixedin the basalt fiber reinforced concrete filled steel tubular short column under the C70label bearing capacity is bad.Comparing the measured values and calculated values(N/N1) found that the wall thickness is4mm steel bearing capacity calculated value oftest group compared with the measured values is more safe and conservative. Comparedwith the testing peak (NU/N) found that basalt fiber volume content was0.3%capacityreinforcement effect more apparent. Basalt fiber reinforced concrete filled steel tubularshort column bearing capacity, the optimal test level for concrete strength grade for C60,basalt fiber volume content is0.1%, the steel tube wall thickness chosen as6mm.(3) The steel impact on the cost of concrete filled steel tubular short column islarger, bearing capacity index is not necessarily the best economic effect is best. Inconcrete strength, basalt fiber volume content, steel rate under three experimentalfactors, the level of economic effect is the best test for concrete strength grade for C60,basalt fiber volume content is0.1%, the wall thickness is4mm steel. |
