Architect industry makes great contributions to the development of country.Concrete is one of the most popular architect materials.There exists many new kinds of concrete in recent years,such as asphalt concrete,the rubber concrete,fiber concrete,the self-compacting concrete,etc.The self-compacting concrete,due to its no need of artificial vibration and reducing noise pollution gets more and more popular among experts and scholars.However,self-compacting concrete is poor in tensile and toughness performance,which also hinders the popularization and application,to some extent.The relevant study shows that fiber reinforced concrete can enhance the mechanics and durability of the concrete,so the self-compacting concrete mixed with fiber has become the focus of scientists.Compared with other fibers,Basalt fiber has advantages in temperature resistant,acid and alkali resistance,tensile strength performance.So in this article I will study mechanics and durability of the basalt fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete,the conclusion can be used to provide reference for the establishment of the relevant specification.First of all,using the method of all the volume calculation,testing and adjusting the mixing proportion,combining with the existing fiber concrete mixture ratio design experience at the same time,testing the fresh concrete indicators of slump expansion,J ring expansion and the time of slump expansion,it is concluded that I get the raw material mix proportion of this kind of concrete.Secondly,I study respectively the effect of concrete strength grade,fiber content on the mechanical properties such as basalt fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete cube compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,prism compressive strength,the ratio of prism compression cube compressive strength,modulus of elasticity and so on.I establish the fitting formula of basalt fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete cube compressive strength,and the one between basalt fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete splitting tensile strength and cubic compressive strength.Through experiment it is concluded that: with the increase of fiber,basalt fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete cube compressive strength firstly increases and then decreases gradually.When the fiber content is 2.2 kg/m~3,all kinds of basalt fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete compressive strength reach the maximum value.Then,I study the effect of basalt fiber content and concrete strength grade of basalt fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete on the durability of freezing-thawing resisting.I test the quality and dynamic elastic modulus of basalt fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete under different freezing and thawing cycles.Through experiment it is concluded that: with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles,the quality loss rate of the basalt fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete gradually increased,the relative dynamic elastic modulus decreases gradually.Finally,I study the effect of fiber content on the resistance of basalt fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete chloride ion penetration,test chloride ion electric flux of different fiber content of basalt fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete.Through experiment it is concluded that: the six hours total electric flux of all kinds of benchmark strength self-compacting concrete with the increase of the basalt fiber firstly decreases and then increases.
