With the development of social economy, the distribution network closed to the clients attracts more and more attention,the optimization of its operation is directly related to the power quality of clients and the economy of the whole system. The so called Resistant Power System can stand all sorts of random disturbances and optimize automatically. Meanwhile, it has high impact resistance and the ability of adaptive optimal control and fault self-healing, which is the future direction of smart distribution grid and the content that Resistant Power System focuses on.In this paper, a brief summary of measures for the existing distribution system optimization is made which mainly includes reactive power optimization and distribution network reconfiguration, referring to their basic concepts and the corresponding mathematical models. Particle swarm optimization for solving the two types of problems and discussions of the relationship of the two are also interpreted. Considering the impact distributed generation has on reactive power optimization and distribution network reconfiguration, the article adopts unified coding and comprehensive optimization to get the optimal operation mode on distribution network with the controllable DG, Then, using simulation software called PSASP, the research is done on the impact on distribution network voltage and network loss brought by DG. Aiming at decreased network loss and voltage fluctuation, particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to optimize the maximum active output of the uncontrolled distributed generation, giving a reference to DG’s capacity of this type. The user-defined module of PSASP is also used to establish the transient model of battery swapping station with V2G function and the effect of BSS in improving transient voltage stability of distribution network through simulation is obtained, which improves the performance of resistant distribution system.
