With the development of Power electronic and Power devices, kinds of precise motor mathematical model and control algorithms were proposed and established, the motor control technology has made rapid development. Especially the microcontrollers and digital signal processors used in the field of motor control, that makes kinds of high precision, good control features and high-efficiency motor controllers realized. This thesis discusses asynchronous motor variable frequency regulating system based on vector controlling. The main content includes the following:First of all, it describes the vector control theory and SVPWM technology in detail. The algorithm analysis of rotor time constant, rotor flux, rotor speed and motor parameters are made. Based on the traditional average dead time compensation methods, this thesis proposes a new low-cost online dead-time compensation method which is based on parameter self-tuning. There is a non-linear relationship between the dead time effects and the output current. Then create a table according to the nonlinear relationship which can be obtained by parameter self-tuning. The method can be implemented by adding compensation voltages to the output reference voltage which is obtained by checking against the table in software.With the study of theoretical analysis, it gives the design of the system hardware circuit and software program. This thesis uses vector controlling variable frequency speed control technology, the main circuit uses AC-DC-AC inverter and the control circuit used XMC4500as the core. This ASIC was design by Infineon Company. The control theory of asynchronous motor is space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM).This part contains detailed design method of the system hardware circuit, the software frame of the control system the detailed flow chart.Finally, the experimental results also show that the asynchronous motor vector control system has excellent performance, fast responding time, anti-interference ability, and has achieved the anticipation of the study.
