From ancient to modern times, the design and manufacture of products is theimportant power to promote the development of human society, it is inseparablefrom the development of human history and progress. Only with the new and highquality products can satisfy the continuous development of the market economydemand; However, we must realize that the rapid design of products is not simple, itis a complex activity innovation and continuous improvement, in addition to thepreliminary and detailed design it also includes the concept design stage, as thepreliminary design stage of product conceptual design occupy eighty or ninetypercent of the product cost, it is very important for the whole product design stage.The research and development of conceptual design is the urgent need for thedevelopment of market economy. Therefore, in this paper, combines the need ofsituation development, we reasoning model generation in conceptual design basedon the combination of the model reasoning and case-based reasoning which supportvector regression.we take instance reasoning for customer demand attributes first, take the neededcase out,then we search in the case library using the nearest neighbor search strategy,get the instances of similar products, and then intervention and modify stored in thecase base through the artificial experience. For with the same or similar examples isnot found during the search we take innovation design using the new machinelearning method which support vector machine regression theory and regressionanalysis for instance using Libsvm toolbox and MATLAB neural network in30case,namely the Faturo toolbox Libsvm3and Libsvm GUI interface toolbox, usingparticle swarm optimization algorithm to solute parameters which based on supportvector regression and get the solution to meet the new problems.This article combine reasoning and model-based reasoning, which overcomesmany shortcomings, such as the simple single model reasoning, bad practical,indistinct model and the lack of some necessary theory basis. In order to verify thevalidity of the model, in the fourth chapter we using conceptual design ofunderground loader as an example to verify by Importing large amounts of data,making reduction and regression analysis, and construct an underground loader concept design system on this basis, which using UG/OPEN, two development toolof UG, to make two times development, and using VC++6.0as the developmentlanguage, ACCESS as the backstage database, to develope the man-machineinterface, that convenient search for instance, greatly improve the efficiency of casesearch, and the method is feasible and effective after the test.
