As one of the China’s national main energy, coal and mining industry has more than years of history. In recent years, with the development of the processing technology of goaf, and the old goaf surface deformation theory research progress,Many areas have to old goaf on the processing and Many industrial and civil building were built in goaf surface.But, because of the research of goaf is still not perfect, so many buildings appeared cracks and settling.At present, it still does not have relevant theoretical research and engineering practice, so it is of practical significance.View of the goaf treatment at home and abroad, and both buildings foundation reinforcement technology, this paper combined with the actual situation of the Yang coal mining area, encountered by the the district JUXING buildings.Based on the analysis of previous researehes and aehievements, the variation and deformation characteristics of overburden stresses after coal mining were summarized in detail.The general laws of geotechnical movement transformation and destroy were analyzed from the interior of overburden and the earth’s surface. Analysis of surface deformation of the building and the earth’s surface exists buildings, the residual deformation of the overburden goaf. On this basis, describing the the goaf measures before the buildings proposed.Collect the geology of the study area, the hydrology of information, combined with the foundation and gobs of buildings proposed deal with the situation, and the structural characteristics of the building itself, identify buildings occurred uneven sedimentation, select grouting and high pressure jet the technical foundations processing and detailed records of the process and the process of its construction.Finally, Combining with the aetual situation of Juxing a simulation model has been set using FLAC3D soflware, and a whole analysis and evaluation of goaf subsidence transformation in research area was made, the results were basieally identieal with the former.
