With the world’s population growth and rapid economic development, people’s demand for energy is gradually growing, energy issues are increasingly prominent, in order to prevent the energy crisis, human need to find a new type of energy, and solar energy as one of the new energy, its application range become more and more widely, the photovoltaic power generation is the main trend of the use of solar energy, in order to improve the efficiency of power generation, photovoltaic system MPPT algorithm is particularly necessary. This paper mainly divided into:1.Inductancing PV system structure system, and focus on the use of Matlab simulation software to build a photovoltaic cell engineering mathematical model.By changing the parameters for the dynamic simulation of the photovoltaic cells, illustrates the temperature, light intensity and the influence of shadow cover to the photovoltaic battery output characteristic.2. Analyzing the principle of maximum power point tracking,proposeing MPPT method used in the photovoltaic (pv) system, including the physical tracking algorithm tracking, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of each method, and then use Matlab simulation with MPPT structure, battery module.3. By means of the boost circuit inductance, capacitance parameters calculation, select TLP250as a power module to drive the MOSFET, designed the Boost circuit hardware model, also joined the board of photovoltaic cells anti-reverse circuit photovoltaic cells input voltage display The detecting circuit of the circuit, the output voltage of the photovoltaic cell, the photovoltaic cell output current detection circuit or the like, then the PWM signal generated by the signal generator circuit debug, debug and then successfully access MPPT battery test.4.In this paper, for the first time with a development platform for experimental apparatus of the PE-Expert3PV systems built a100W small photovoltaic system, the platform is based on the high-speed control system for high-speed floating-point DSP TMS320C6713, By controlling the MOSFET tube and IPM integration module to realize the MPPT of photovoltaic battery and inverter PWM control circuit and the system of protection function, etc.this article is also using the MX100the data acquisition system for real-time data acquisition monitoring, final paper gives some experimental solar cells, including the same type of battery in a different azimuth, different angle, different shades covering the area of the case comparative test to study the output characteristics of the battery, Then two algorithms by disturbance observation method, the instantaneous scanning method to control the duty cycle for maximum power boost circuit experiment, verify the feasibility of two algorithms, also demonstrated the disturbance observation method compared with the limitations of instantaneous scanning method and finally build the single-phase photovoltaic power generation system development platform, the instantaneous scanning method is adopted to complete the MPPT of the entire system, from the photovoltaic battery output characteristic and the inverter output results show that the algorithm in the realizability of development platform.
