Energy-saving products are attached gradually great importance by people in daily life,especially important in the energy field of hydraulic technology. Hydraulic pump is thepower source of the hydraulic circuit, in recent years on the energy-saving hydraulic pumpresearch and development rapidly. The main task to study the energy-saving compoundcontrol hydraulic pump is proposed in this background, aiming at three aspects ofenergy-saving hydraulic pump principle and modeling, simulation analysis of dynamiccharacteristics, comparative analysis of energy-saving effect to research.First of all, through the theoretical analysis to obtain static working curvesenergy-saving hydraulic pump, Describes the principle of energy-saving hydraulic pumpflow pressure power adjustment, the model of Construction and proves that the model isaccurate for energy-saving hydraulic pump components and the whole system by AMESimsoftware, discusses the flow control valve spring stiffness, Effect of damping hole andwithout damping hole, power control valve triangular slot number on the system.Optimization each parameter of the system influence make the system energy-savinghydraulic pump optimizated in order to energy-saving.Secondly, set two kinds of working state, Simulation study the output of valve controlenergy-saving hydraulic pump and pump controlled energy-saving hydraulic pump and theneeds of load matching or not. Some important conclusions were obtained, which canprovide theoretical reference for the energy-saving design of engineering.Finally, a comparative analysis of energy consumption of the valve and pump controlof two kinds of hydraulic pump system, In the same conditions,efficiency of pumpcontrolled energy-saving hydraulic pump than valve controlled energy-saving hydraulicpump up to23%, this pump can greatly improve the efficiency of the system.
