The induction motor has the advantages of low cost, simple structure, convenientand reliable operation and has gained a wide range of applications in all aspects of theindustry.The vector control is considered to be the most widely used control methodof Induction motors for high performance control applications, making the dynamicperformance of the induction motor comparable with the DC motor. Asynchronousmotor speed sensorless vector control system has many advantages of technology andeconomy, and can greatly improve the reliability of the AC drive system, so it raisesmuch concern and achieves great development as well.Estimating accurately the motor speed according to the parameters that can directmeasurement is the key to Speed sensorless vector control system. This articleanalyses and researches into various types of speed estimation methods. On the basisof the model reference adaptive systems approaches, it designs time full-orderadaptive state observer with speed and stator resistance identification at the same.builds asynchronous motor speed sensorless vector control system for the simulationanalysis, and also designs hardware and software based on the control system.The article summarizes the development of AC motor control technology,describes speed sensorless vector control system of various types of control programsand their advantages and disadvantages. The article clarifies the dynamic model of theasynchronous motor in each of the coordinate system, the principle coordinatetransformation between the coordinate system of the asynchronous motor vectorcontrol principle,the principle of SVPWM realization and the specific implementationmethod. The article researches the model reference adaptive speed estimation schemewith voltage and current model, and analyses its shortcomings. On this basis, theauthor optimizes the time full-order adaptive state observer with speed and statorresistance identification and derives the adaptive law in line and feedback gain matrixwith the Stability and Convergence. The stimulation results show that the systemspeed is estimated to be good to follow a given value, has a better anti-interferenceand disturbance ability, and proves its good applicability.Finally, the article designs hardware and software of asynchronous motor speedsensorless vector control system, writes software code, and achieves the digitalcontrol of the asynchronous motor.
