Induction motors are diffusely used in industrial production processes,and it is particularly necessary to take effective energy-saving and consumption-reducing measures for them.Although the traditional constant flux control method guarantees the fast torque response capability of the asynchronous motor,it also causes the low efficiency of the motor under light load operation.And for motors such as fans and water pumps that have been operating under light load for a long time,traditional constant flux control will cause huge energy waste.Therefore,in this paper,aiming at the problem of low-load and low efficiency of asynchronous motors,based on the research and application of asynchronous motor efficiency optimization control at home and abroad at this stage,the problem of how to improve the operating efficiency of asynchronous motors is studied.Firstly,the basic principles of IM modeling process and indirect vector control are introduced,and the low efficiency problem of traditional constant flux control under light load operation of the motor is brought out.Secondly,analyze the loss composition of the IM,construct the equivalent circuit model of the IM considering the core loss,analyze the influence of the core loss on the vector control,and use the static compensation strategy to compensate it.Taking the controllable loss of asynchronous motor as the research goal,the basic principle of the efficiency optimization control strategy of asynchronous motor is explained.At the same time,the loss of induction motor is modeled,and the relationship between the optimal rotor flux of the induction motor efficiency optimization control strategy and the motor speed and torque is analyzed,and the minimum controllable loss of the induction motor under the optimal rotor flux control is derived.And compare and analyze the optimization effect of loss model method from the two angles of motor input power and efficiency.Thirdly,due to the defect that the loss model method is highly sensitive to motor parameters,a method for efficiency optimization control of asynchronous motors based on parameter online observation is proposed.Based on the full-order state observer,the stator resistance and rotor resistance parameter adaptation rate is designed,and the rotor resistance parameters of the state observer are corrected according to the error of the observed stator current vector angle and the actual stator current vector angle of the motor.At the same time,online observation of the stator resistance,rotor resistance and equivalent iron loss resistance of the motor is realized,and the observation results are applied to the efficiency optimization control,and the optimal rotor flux linkage value is corrected,which effectively improves the efficiency optimization algorithm in the case of motor parameter changes.Optimization effect.Finally,simulations and experiments verify the effectiveness of the efficiency optimization algorithm based on the loss model and the efficiency optimization control algorithm of the asynchronous motor based on parameter online observation.The results show that the control strategy proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the input power of the asynchronous motor and improve the operating efficiency of the motor.
