The bridge construction is the key link of the construction of bridge. To make sure that the bridge internal force and the structure safety during the process of the bridge construction meet the design requirements and the linear smooth, we must undertake the tracking control, which makes the construction control particularly important. Good bridge construction control can not only ensure the the quality of the construction project of the bridge but also provide valuable reference information for the safety and durability of the bridge operation. Combining with the actual project example of the large bridge of Lishui river in Changde, Hunan, this paper apply gray predictive control system to predict and control various conditions of the bridge. The analysis of the control result shows that the gray predictive control is fit for the construction control of the large-span prestress concrete and continuous beam bridge.This paper mainly studies the following contents:(1)We analyze and calculate the structure of the large bridge of Lishui with the bridge structure analysis software and compare the calculating result with the related data provided by the design institute. Through organizing and analyzing these data, the required theoretical data can be obtained (such as elevation and stress), which will provide the foundation for the implementation of the construction and monitoring.(2) We apply predictive control theory and gray system theory to the actual project of constructing and monitoring the large bridge in the Lishui in Changde, Hunan, by the forecasting results and actual results test grey predictive control system’application in bridge construction monitoring.(3) Based on the analyzing and calculating result of the bridge structure,we select the#1beam segment section near the bearing beam of the pier top as the test section of the vertical prestressing effective stress test to test every prestress loss, and finally obtain the effective stress of the vertical prestressing. We calculate every prestress loss according to the existing road and bridge code and theory, and also compare with the experimental data to determine the specifications formula’s application in the outsize bridge in the Lishui.
