Gradually to the large diameter silo,the trend of the large capacity development.Along with the continuous development is becoming more and more high to the requirement of silo structure,structure of diameter and height increase,also more and more high to the requirement of structural design.Prestressed concrete silo design is an important link in the estimation of loss of prestress of prestressed for correct assessment of the loss of prestress will affect the overall design of the structure,at the same time will affect the force analysis of the structure,is essential to the normal use of structure.Domestic and foreign research of prestressed concrete silos but few and far between,more not for prestressed concrete silos loss of prestress calculation formula,resulting in silo was not practical theory basis for design and calculation.1)In Inner Mongolia red river coal mine field experiments,to understand a variety of ways to calculate the loss of prestress and analysis,it is concluded that highway bridge gauge JTG D62-2004 in the loss of prestress calculation formula of the bridge closest to the silo loss of prestress.In silos of prestressed steel strand prestressing long-term test,draw lessons from highway bridge gauge JTG D62-2004 the bridge in the loss of prestress calculation formula for large diameter prestressed concrete silos calculated,the loss of prestress loss of prestress of the theoretical value calculated and experimental values.Through the comparison of the theoretical value and experimental value method,it is concluded that highway bridge gauge in the formula is suitable for the silo and partial security,on the basis of the test data can be analyzed at the same time a large diameter silo loss of prestress variation over time.2)At home and abroad based on a lot of loss of prestress detection scheme analysis and contrast,developed in conformity with the practical engineering of the prestressed test plan,test the loss of prestress of prestressed steel strand ends,while detecting steel strand quarter near normal stress of the steel and concrete to calculate the stress of the steel strand at that point.After installation of the experimental apparatus,experimental instrument installation method and matters needing attention are given,Shared the experience in field experiment and notable problems in the experiment.3)Using the data fitting method to deal with the test data analysis,it is concludedthat the steel strand pre-tension relation with the change of time,loss of prestress with the change of time relationship through the analysis of the chart.Total loss value and the actual total loss value contrast theory,theory of long-term loss value and the measured loss value for a long time,it is concluded that theory loss value and the relationship between the measured loss value,long-term losses accounted for the proportion of the total losses,accounts for the total loss of prestress tension control stress ratio,which provides the basis for analyzing the loss of prestress.4)By using the finite element software modeling,simulation analysis of single beam of prestressed steel strand ACTS on the force of the silo,the scope of the single beam of prestressed steel strand forces,for the silo vertical circular cell division to provide theoretical support.
