In recent years, packing bags have become necessities in commodity production process.With People’s living standards continuously improving, demands of packing bags also extend.The control system of high-speed bag-making machine is the key point to improve efficiencyand ensure the quality of producing packing bags.General scheme design of bag-making machine is analyzed in the dissertation.According to the operating principle, the movement coordination of making process and theperformance parameters of the bag-making machine, the control system structure of thehigh-speed bag-making machine is described. Its hardware includes C8051F340mixed signalprocessor, on/off data input/output circuit, analog output circuit, motor signal drive outputcircuit and RS232circuit for touch screen, etc.Through controlling process of fixed-length and fixed-position in high-speedbag-making machine, the dissertation mainly discussed the method how to design and fulfillthe curve of the servo motor’s speed control, analyzed and compared advantages anddisadvantages of the straight line, trigonometric functions and index functions of rise-and-fallspeed curve. The data of the curve is downloaded to the embedded control system of thehigh-speed bag-making machine and experimented in a bag-making machine in a factory foranalyzing. At last, the index gradient curve is chose, enabling the machine with high speedbag making, ensuring servo film feeding system cutting positions and photoelectric trackingaccurate. With this speed curve, the noise is lower by the high-speed bag-machine.The stability of the traction feeding tension is the key to guarantee film hauling insmooth and non-deforming state. Tension control algorithm of floating roller is studied andtested in the bag-making machine. The result is that only start and stop the two servo motorssimultaneously, could reduce the range of floating roller, ensure tension smooth, proceedhigh-speed bag making.The man-machine interface is the important component of the equipment, using thetouch screen can complete bag-making parameters setting, display real-time information,alarm information, etc. Serial communication interface is used for touch screen. By using C language man-machine interface of high-speed bag-making machine control system iscompleted.
