With the increasing use of film bag applications,research on equipment bag become more and more necessary.The traditional bag making machine in the process of bag making,the packaging materials feed step by step,packaging material feeding a bag then pause,and hot knife heat and seal the film,the intermittent working mode restricts the improvement of production efficiency.In order to improve the production efficiency of bag making machine,the laboratory application the working principle of rotary developed rotary sealing bag making machine,the traditional stepping working mode is replaced by a continuously feeding method,so as to fundamentally improve the efficiency of the bag making.This topic is a continuation of the subject,on the basis of previous research theory,continue to optimize the structure and add the film traction mechanism,and control system for in-depth study.Firstly,the thesis analyzes and optimizes the mechanism of sealing bag machine in circular pressure circle,solves the problem of line winding,analyzes the movement law of the sealing mechanism,and designs the film traction mechanism.In order to meet the requirements of the length of the bag,the control mechanism of the drive motor and the film traction motor is proposed,and the application of the electronic cam technology in the traction mechanism is discussed.And then the bag machine control system hardware and software were done in-depth study.According to the motor and film traction motor movement requirements,take a different control strategy,through the angle sensor to collect the upper spindle angle position to identify the motor in which the movement range and control.The design method of the electronic cam curve is studied by using the control method of the electronic cam curve,the mathematical model of the electronic cam curve is established,and the electronic cam curve is designed.The electronic cam curve is designed by using the electronic cam curve control method.And then the fifth-order polynomial is used to construct the electronic cam curve,and the transformation of the dimensionless value and the true value is completed.Then,the cam curve is discretized,and the cam curve is processed.The cam table is programmed to periodically transmit the pulse signal according to the cam table to control the traction motor.The temperature control module uses incremental PID control to achieve temperature control.Control system processor using STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller,completed the external circuit design.Finally,the prototype and the experimental demonstration were carried out.Combined with the actual size of the prototype to calculate the specific electronic cam curve,the preparation of procedures and continuous traction experiments.Application of incremental PID control to complete the hot pressure test,get the heat sealing control parameters.Which proves that the bag machine has a high application value and good development prospect.
