With the rapid development of urbanization and the great efforts of old cityreconstruction, foundation excavation moving to greater depths and larger area.Foundation pit is a very strong comprehensive systematic project, its excavation andsupport program will directly affect the merits of the progress, quality and cost, and ithas a very important position in entire foundation excavation. It is the difficult andimportant point to select the type of foundation pit support and design calculation, it isalso the key point to improve project quality and reduce construction accidents.Although foundation pit project has been greatly developed and widely applied inrecent years, deep foundation problems encountered in the design and design aspectsinvolved in increasingly more widely with the development of society and the needsof urban construction. Especially in the construction process of the stress state is aresearch project related to the structural safety, cost control and stability problems,causing more and more people pay attention to it.The foundation excavation, foundation excavation design, stability checking andnumerical simulation studies were researched on a system in this study. Through usingthe large-scale engineering finite element analysis software Midas, simulate andanalyse the whole process of foundation excavation in Changchun Yitong River andsimilar geological conditions, residential and public construction projects. Throughsimulation, the excavation soil unloading the load leads to rebound, pit bottom soilsupporting deformation, retaining structures of foundation pit soil uplift or subsidencedue to the excavation of foundation pit depth is more and more big. Synthesis andanalysis the settlement of existing projects around the project, supporting structuralengineering deformation and deformation caused by the project on the surroundingconditions such as changes in many aspects. In the foundation excavation pit process,the pit surrounding strata subsidence and deformation of engineering structuressupporting other buildings around the uneven settlement and the absolute change insettlement development. Through the experiments and calculations, draw some deepexcavation for the construction and design engineering meaningful conclusions.In conclusion, this study based on supporting scheme optimization. analysis ofthe various types of common architectural foundation pit bracing programcharacteristics, summarized and summed up the different types of support schemeadvantages and disadvantages and applicable, given the project’s foundation pit. By using the finite element software on the surrounding soil to simulate the stress andstrain, the resulting basic simulated and measured results agree well, indicating thatthe support scheme is feasible.
