With the trade development between China and the foreign country, the status ofSino-Russia boundary river become more and more important, the maintenance andmanagement of boundary river channel are also of concern. It not only relates to the importantnational interests including the national defence, border management and territory,sovereignty of territorial waters and navigation rights and so on, but also directly reflects theimage of the state, which is one of the identification to exercise the sovereignty.The Sino-Russia boundary river is mainly consist of the middle reaches of theHeilongjiang River and channel of Heixiazi Island waters. After the delimitation of China andRussia on Heixiazi Island, the management work of the Heixiazi Island waterway sovereigntybegins. The water, land boundary of this area have been adjusted. At the same time, the newtasks and new requirements on the water channel surveying and beacon maintenance havebeen put forward. This paper studies the ship that is used for Heixiazi Island waters channelmeasurements and navigation aid maintenance, which can also give consideration to the workabout both Heilongjiang, Wusuli River’s channel fast measurement, mapping analysis andbeacon maintenance.This paper is accomplished based on the200ton beacon measurement work ship of theSino-Russia boundary river, which mainly analyzes and discusess the effect of superstructurein longitudinal strength problerm. First of all, the paper explain the importance of analyzingthe effect of superstructure in longitudinal strength of inland ship combining the backgroundof the domestic and foreign superstructure research; Describing the superstructure strengththeory as well as the ship longitudinal strength theory; MSC.Patran is then used for theestablishment of the finite element model of the entire vessel, while the wave dynamicpressure of the different conditions is calculated by hydrodynamic software to loading on themodel of the whole ship; MSC.Nastran is applied to the calculation of the whole ship finiteelement directly. The results are reliable compared with the specification requirements.Through the results we find that the whole ship strength shall meet the specificationrequirements, which also proving the rationality of using the aluminum alloy material for thesuperstructure; At the same time, the results of the two cases are analyzed and compared, finding out the resistance of the superstructure for the longitudinal bending and thedeformation; Finally, further researches are done for the effectiveness of the superstructure tothe main hull, and the levels of different types of the superstructure participating in thelongitudinal bending are analyzed one by one, summarizing the effectiveness of the differenttypes of the superstructure in longitudinal strength.
