The Research Of Quick Catenation Device Applied In Aviation Electronic Instruments

The quick catenation device is a new kind of catenation device, it can install ordisassemble the aviation electronic instrument from the position of assembly quickly. It cankeep the aviation electronic instrument working normally under bad working conditions, sothe development of quick catenation device is very important. The contents of this paper isfrom "the development of instrument layer board quick catenation device " project, this quickcatenation device has proprietary intellectual property rights, serves two operating modes.According to the statics and dynamics parameters of the aircraft in special circumstances(encountered turbulence, crashes), this thesis researches on the key technology of the quickcatenation device and developed two sets of quick catenation device for different forms ofwork.Based on the research and development of related national and international technology,this thesis introduced the working principle, the composition and structure of the quickcatenation device, and the ability to ensure the required strength and rigidity under badworking conditions was deeply studied. The thesis analysed the feasibility of aluminumhoneycomb sandwich construction that used in aviation electronic to lighten weight under badworking conditions.At last, this thesis conducted simulation analysis and practical processing of the two setsof quick catenation device for different forms of work. This thesis also designed the toolingstructure to connect the quick catenation device and the experiment table, then did the statictest and dynamic test to verify the feasibility and the reliability of the quick catenation deviceapplied in actual fact, then analysed the test results.
