In recent years, gas turbine’s applications on aviation, navigation, ships and other areasare more and more widely, and as the core equipment it plays a major role. Turbine blade isone of the most important parts of the gas turbine power, which is working long time in badenvironment such as high temperature and high pressure. So its using life directly affects theservice life of gas turbine using period, and turbine blade temperature is an importantindicator of the quality evaluation. Then the accurate measurement of the blade’s temperatureis becoming more and more regarded. Usually the main methods of temperature measurementare contact method and non-contact method. The contact method is mainly the use of thermalresistance or thermocouple, which need to contact the object to transfer heat and reach a heatbalance to measure the temperature of the object. This method is simple, reliable and highaccuracy, however, it’s subjected to the measure range and possibly to affect the object’sthermal field. Therefore the contact method’s range of application is more and more narrow.The non-contact method is mainly radiation thermometry, which is achieved the purpose oftemperature measurement according to blackbody radiation law. When measuring thetemperature, because it’s not in contact with the measured object and not undermine object’sthermal field, so it can be used to measure the high-temperature objects and the objects can bemoving objects. Then these advantages make the application of radiation thermometry moreand more widely. For the actual situation of our subject, the system uses the ratio colorradiation thermometry method to test the gas turbine blade temperature.Firstly, the article in-depth studies the basic principles of radiation thermometry. On thisbasis, the brightness pyrometry, ratio color radiation pyrometry, total radiation pyrometry andthe CCD temperature measurement method are introduced in detail. Then ratio color radiationthermometry method is elected as the system. Then, According to the ratio of blackbodyradiation flow density the colorimetric wavelength selecting are detailed discussed and adetailed wavelength selection method is proposed. In terms of hardware design, including thechoice of the devices, the specific circuit design and the effect’s analysis of the circuit part areall introduced in detail. Finally, the blackbody calibration measurement data, fitting the R-Tcurve are fitted on the data from the blackbody calibration. Then we can get specific temperature values from the ratios of two voltages.In this paper, the experimental platform gives the test results of the performanceparameters of the radiation thermometry system. The impact of noise on the parameters of themeasuring system are analyzed, in the meantime the temperature measurement results areanalyzed and discussed. This can prove that the ratio color radiation pyrometry systemdiscussed in this paper has a higher accuracy, response speed and accuracy, in line with therequirements of practical application.
