With the level of science and technology and the continuous improvement of people’sliving standards, the car has become the main force of the people’s daily life and moderntransportation. In the highly developed technology, people today are increasingly highrequirements on the performance of the car, followed by automotive-related technologycontinues to improve detection.This paper first analyzes the automotive electronics test technology, ZigBee technologyand data fusion technology research and development status. The key features of ZigBeetechnology and applications, and by comparison with other common wireless communicationtechnology, to highlight the ZigBee technology’s low power consumption, low complexity,low-cost advantage. Supply and data transmission for the traditional vehicle detectiontechnology specific test cable-bound, on the basis of in-depth study of ZigBee technology, theintroduction of a wireless sensor network thinking in automotive electronics test platformdesigned based on ZigBee technology automotive electronics test platform data acquisitionsystem, and in accordance with the actual needs of the system, put forward the detail designand design methods.Second, according to the system requirements and the actual situation, the CC2520as adata transmission main chip in hardware circuit design, and focuses on ZigBee node CC2520and MSP430microcontroller as the core architecture, combined with anti-jamming structuredesign for the system to build a stable hardware platform node has the function of theacquisition vehicle tire pressure, speed, acceleration, temperature and humidity data, whileequipped with components such as relays and buzzer node has a threshold alarm and brakecontrol function.Selected IAR Embedded Workbench environment in terms of software design,programming, debugging ZigBee node application layer program, to achieve coordinatornode established and manage network functions; terminal nodes to join the network as well asdata acquisition function. Final terminal node real-time acquisition of the interior of the car aswell as ambient data and collected data through wireless sensor network transmission to thecoordinator node the coordinator node through serial data transfer first bit machine. PCmonitoring center Web Service interface using VC++6.0and database SQL Server2000todesign a good man-machine interface, can basically achieve real-time monitoring and datainformation on automotive electronics test data storage, and use Myeclipse platformdevelopment network server and Android mobile client module, to achieve network server topublish the data and test results to the Web, and the Android client can call server release information in real time through the mobile network by installing the simulator and run theapplication, verify that the customer the end of the program’s feasibility and stability.Then, on the basis of the research the classic data fusion algorithm combining thecharacteristics of wireless sensor networks, proposed a terminal node and coordinator nodesdistributed data fusion algorithm for data fusion to improve the accuracy of the test data,reduce data redundancy. At the same time using the dynamic clustering routing algorithm toreplace the traditional static routing algorithm to reduce node power consumption, increasenetwork life cycle, and finally by the theoretical calculation and simulation results verify thesuperiority of the algorithm.Finally, laboratory test environment to build wireless sensor networks and dataacquisition, control settings, and overall network communication test. The analysis of testresults show that the system is able to achieve the basic functions of the wireless sensornetwork formation and vehicle data collection and transmission, and stable operation for along time, the real-time and reliability of the system can meet the user’s needs.Meanwhile, according to the problems and deficiencies found in the design andexperimental process, refine and improve the direction.
