With the development of computer technology and control technique, automation of thesteam turbine control continues to improve, and more and more steam turbines use DEHcontrol system. The electro-hydraulic servo system depends on the Electro-hydraulic Servoas the drive components and is a fundamental part of the turbine DEH system. In Servosystem, the traditional mechanical-hydraulic actuator has been replaced by more and morenew electro hydraulic actuator. At the same time, with the rapid development of theelectro-hydraulic servo system and electro-hydraulic conversion equipment researchtechnology, the new state-of-the-art electro-hydraulic conversion equipment is replacingtraditional electro-hydraulic conversion equipment.In this thesis, new electro-hydraulic servo mechanism consists of the electro-hydraulicconverter and oil motive. The electro-hydraulic converter uses the REXA actuators which candirectly drive the control components of the oil motive, ultimately control the output of theoil motive. Meanwhile, the oil motive comes with a mechanical lever position feedback. Thisnew type of electro-hydraulic servo mechanism belongs to the volume of the governor, andovercome the defects of traditional throttle hydraulic servo system. And it has integratedstructure design, with high power density, fast response, high reliability and antifouling.New electro-hydraulic servo agency programs are on the basis of study of previousproducts. This thesis, firstly, research its performance and reliability, then designs the overallstructures of new electro-hydraulic servo institutions, and finally uses the method ofAMESim numerical simulation, studies the electro-hydraulic servo characteristics and adjustsoptimization programs, which provide the basis for the development, application of newelectro-hydraulic servo institutions. The application of such a new type of electro-hydraulicservo sector projects will become an important part of the turbine DEH control system.
