| As the development of the modern helicopter rotor technology, requirements of thehelicopter blades balancing performance have been increasing. The stability, security andreliability of the helicopter flight will directly be affected by the helicopter blade balancingindicators which is the key to judge whether the performance of a helicopter is qualified ornot. The blades balancing test table is an important platform for helicopter balancingparameters dynamic measurement and implementation of effective regulation. The bladebalancing control system is an important part of the platform. Therefore, it is the demands ofthe current era to create a helicopter along with a blade balancing control system which shigh-efficiency, high-precision and high-performance. The issue is based on “The DetailedDesign of the New Nine Straight Blades Balancing Test bench Control System†of HafeiAircraft Design Institute of Aviation Industry of China, namely design for the bladesbalancing test table control system, test and check of the design results according to actualrequirements.The essay is divided into several aspects to give the detailed introduction of the designand implementation process of the blades balancing control system. Firstly introduce thehardware components of the blades balancing test bench which including the equipmentworkflow and data structure, basic parameters provided by the project according to the designrequirements; furthermore elaborate the design ideas of the control system, the functions needto be implemented, the necessary system structure during the implementation process, thechoices of the equipment and related software and interface. Secondly, this essay willintroduce the detailed design of balancing test bench control system, which includes thedesign of four sub-system, drive system of the spindle, pitch system, system safety andinterlock, power supply and system control cabinet. The drive system of the spindle alsocontain the high-speed hydraulic system, low-speed measuring and controlling system,lubricating system and speed measurement system. The pitch system includes booth pitchmeasurement, control and fine tuning sub-systems. The system control cabinet contains thepower supply, clutch power supply cabinet and the control circuit of low speed in totaldistance. Then, this essay describes the design principle of each part, working processes, data interactive form in detail. Choose the main actuators and control elements according to thedemand of practical operate environment and the project, furthermore explain the choice ofkey equipment clearly, and make use of the FameView configuration software to achieve thesoftware design of the system, mainly including acquisition and processing of the simulationquantity and conversion from data into simulation quantity and so on. The above contentconstruct a convenient display interface and software control system of the test bench. Finally,explain the detailed processes of the testing and checking work according to the practicaldemand of the project, test and check the control system and provide the experimental resultsand analysis. |
