At present the constraints of deep water resource with coastline in our country, makes thedevelopment of wharf construction more bad natural conditions of the deep water area, theconstruction of large offshore deep water wharf will be the future development trend. The pilefoundation of open type offshore deep structure of deep water are all under the complex badnatural conditions of table waves and storm surge. On the one hand, the joint action of wave,tide and storm surge, can lead to deep structure surrounding produce more serious local scour,which has great influence for the safety of the structure foundation; On the other hand, wave,storm surge joint action on the deep structure generates a strong force, leading to the upperstructure of deep water wharf serious impact, which leads to the wharf stability constituteimportant threat. In addition, Offshore deep-water port construction is the developmentdirection of China’s water transport construction, from the development status abroad andengineering practice in China, the typical offshore deep-water structure is a greater flexibilitypiles desktop bearing structure, with its natural period close to the water cycle, its structuraldynamic response characterristics, wave-structure interaction problems surfaced. This papercomprehensively describes the domestic and international research status on numericalsimulation of storm surge, the main structure type of deep-water structure, and the calculationmethods for storm surge interaction with the deep structure from the following aspects:(1) The research for coupling form of table waves and storm surge process; Establishjoint action formula of table waves and storm surge, Thus concluded effect calculationmethod of structure by transverse impact and vertical buoyancy in different storm surge waveconditions;(2) Useing structure simplified model to get static simplify of analysis for offshore deepwater structure under table waves and storm surge joint action. And the calculated results withfinite element software static analysis results contrast, highlights the advantages of the finiteelement software calculation;(3) By using Ansys software and other large finite element software and the rationalconstitutive model, analysis of offshore deep water wharf from the static and dynamic aspectsReturn the static condition structure displacement curve change rule, at the same time, thedynamic analysis and static analysis results contrast, proved the necessity of dynamic analysis.(4)Through the numerical model calculatie and analysis the vibration mode anddynamic characteristics of typical nearly wharf structure and offshore deep structure, andthrough the comparison of the calculation results analysis, we can conclude that offshore allstraight pile deepwater compared to offshore and high pile wharf,the natural cycle increase,and more close to the wave period, so it is necessary to take deep structure under the action ofdynamic response analysis;(5)The storm surge wave in the form of dynamic loads on the structure, the stormsurge wave under the action of deep structure dynamic response analysis, get wharf structurefeature point displacement response time history, and with static finite element calculationresults contrast. Research shows that, under the action of storm surge wave deep structure hasa certain power amplification effect, power amplification coefficient is1.2, the results of thestudy for offshore deep water structure design provide a reference basis.The above calculation analysis provids reference for the study of the safety and stabilitycalculation of offshore deep structure under the action of storm surge wave.
