With the rapid development of science technology and economy, the gasturbine’s function is getting more and more attention and concern, which is widelyused in petroleum, transportation, aerospace, shipping and other fields.Developedcountries studied the gas turbine very early,after decades of development they havemade great achievements, Our country’s research history of the gas turbine is not long,the foundation is poor.After all these years of research we have made someachievements, but we still have a huge gap with the developed countries.The turbine blade is an important component of the gas turbine, it is working inthe high temperature and pressure for a long time, so the life of the turbine blade willaffect the using time of the gas turbine.Temperature is the important information ofthe blade, once the coating of the blade fell off or burn out, then the partialtemperature of the blade will rise that will cause strength of the blade decreased andwill increase probability of the fracture. In order to avoid the turbine blades areworking in the high temperature we should monitor and analyze the temperature ofthe blade that we can evaluate the working state of the blades.In this paper we analyze the data of the turbine blade temperature and wesegregate temperature data exactly according to the law of the blade temperaturedistribution by looking up some materials about the blade temperate. And then we willanalyze the characteristics of the segmentation of the temperature data.We analyze thecharacteristics of the temperature and the changing tendency of the temperature. Weanalyze the characteristic of the86turbine blades’ highest temperatures and the edgetemperature of the86turbine blades.And try to obtain the temperature of the blademathematical came in a single blade temperature data in different working conditionare different rotating cycles by the curve fitting software1stopt,we can also obtain theother blades’ temperature mathematical model by the same method. By contrasting thestandard temperature model curve with the collected temperature curve.we are able tofind out the abnormal blades.
