Typhoon is great influence on buildings of the southeast coast of China’s provinces and cities.The domestic many scholars and designers found in consultation and design of the actual engineering process,in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, many more than80m height of high-rise buildings, the wind load are usually the control load. In the design process, we must consider the role of wind load. China’s current rules of " Technical Specification for High-rise Buildings of Concrete Structures " JGJ3-2010also explicitly pointed out that, more than60m height of high-rise buildings, must consider the combination of wind load.In recent years, high-rise building structure and the wind load related research works were carried out successively, many meaningful results were achieved. In this thesis, the high-rise building structure of information culture transmission center in Xiamen city as an example, research in applying the existing standards of wind-induced response of the wind load. Using SAP2000software, this thesis analyzes the bottom moment, the bottom shear force, the interlaminar displacement, the top displacement and the top acceleration of the structure down the wind. More meaningful conclusions are obtained:The shape of this engineering project is regular, torsional effect under wind load is smaller;In this engineering project the basebottom bend and the base shear in the X, Y direction are on the numerical value, this shows that the structure are arranged evenly, the stiffness in two directions were similar,the wind load in both directions itself has a small difference; In addition to the first floor, the stiffness along the height of the high-rise building is relatively evenly, this can be seen from the interlaminar displacement.The interlaminar displacement has a little change, in line with the deformation characteristics of the frame-shear wall structure;Because the high building height is not high,and the structure form is frame -shear wall structure, so the acceleration at the top of the structure are very small and meetting the requirements of comfort.Also compute wind-induced response results according to "Structural Load Code"GB50009-2012,comparison of the rule’s calculation value and the time history analysis maximum value:the results have little difference,the results of time history analysis are slightly larger than the rule’s calculations results, probably due to wind speed time history simulation parameters caused by a larger.This provides a calculating basis to improve the Structural wind-induced security, comfort, it is of great significance for practical engineering and application specification, and provides reference for wind vibration design of similar structures.
