The main objective of this graduation project is to study the vehicle equipmentlayout and cable routing design electronic equipment under intensive conditions.In recent years, the increasing variety of electronic products are widely used in alltypes of vehicles, a variety of electrical and electronic products accounted for30%ofthe total cost of the vehicle, or even more. In such a situation, he sent to give birth to anew technology-automotive EMC technology. Automotive EMC technology, refers toa vehicle or component can work satisfactorily in its electromagnetic environmentwithout causing undue electromagnetic interference anything in that environment. Itstechnology involves mutually compatible external radiation interference vehicle control,vehicle conduction, coupling, radiated interference control technology, automotiveelectronic components jamming technology, vehicle anti-radiation interferencetechnology, a variety of electrical and electronic components technology, contentvehicle electromagnetic compatibility and environmental technologies, and many otheraspects.Currently various types of vehicles, including passenger cars and commercial-vehicle equipment for military vehicles more equipment, functional complexity, andlimited interior space, very easy to generate electromagnetic compatibility problems,you must consider all the equipment inside the car from the perspective of the wholearrangement and optimization of the line the way to go. The current vehicle design andlayout of any device on the car and then the main problem is considered beautiful andeasy to use, less electromagnetic compatibility issues to consider. This paper will firstused by several domestic vehicle standards for electromagnetic compatibilitycharacteristics of each analysis to tease out the impact of our various standards forelectromagnetic compatibility design generated before you can follow the standardrequirements to guide our EMC design. After this paper, through electromagneticcompatibility design process, laying three aspects of equipment layout and cabledescribes how electronic devices in the case of intensive vehicle equipment layout andcable routing design methods, the design of the vehicle from the beginning to joinEMC the design concept for more complex electronic products peace in a small spaceinside the foundation.
