Nowadays, energy crisis and environmental problems have caught the attentions of theworld increasingly, the rapid development of electric vehicles(EV) ease the crisis to acertain extent fortunately; Different from traditional vehicles, the electric drive systems ofhigh and low voltage, the high current circuits and the high power electric equipmentscaused complicated electromagnetic environment inside and outside of the vehicles, makingmore attention paid to the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC).This paper does a research on EV EMC standards, tests, simulation and optimization,in order to do a comprehensive analysis and research.The thesis’s main contents are as follows:1. Firstly, basing on the theory of electromagnetic compatibility, this paper analysis theelectromagnetic environment of EV system, the main sources of electromagneticinterference, the formation mechanism and transmission of electromagnetic interference.2. Secondly, the electromagnetic compatibility standards and testing methods of EVwill be studied in this paper. Sorting the EMC standards and summarizing the test methodsof four EMC standards; analyzing the similarities and differences between GB/T18387andSAE J551-5from various angles and proposing some rational proposals; taking a deepresearch of testing and evaluation on six factors that may have influences on EV EMC.3. Thirdly, the EV modeling and electromagnetic simulation will be studied in thispaper. Modeling the EV simply by3D drawing software, then importing the model intoelectromagnetic simulation software HFSS, and analyzing the electromagnetic environmentof EV.4. At last, the rectification technology is studied in this paper. Analyzing therectification technology of EMC and the main factors that influencing the EMC of EV, anddoing rectification and testing validation.
