Abstract:As an important material for military,aerospace and industrial field,high-performance aluminum alloy has always been one of the research focus.Combining power electrical technology with process of aluminum alloy to study the relationship of electrical pulse parameters and the performance of aluminum.The inquiry research is of great significance to development of high-performance aerospace aluminum alloy.Firstly,the current research status of pulse power supply used in a variety of application areas at home and abroad are analysised in the paper,and the topology of the various pulse power supply and the control scheme of pulse power supply are summarized.Secondly,a main circuit topology based on the DC-DC converter and puse chopper circuit is used to achieve the requirement that the power supply can output the asymmetric bipolar pulse waveforms.The control program is designed with TMS320F2809as the core.The work principle of the phase shifted full bridge DC-DC converter is analysed in depth,and the mathematical model of the phase-shifted full bridge circuit is established,it provides a basal theoretical for the design of the controller.Then, the hardware and software of the power supply are designed detailedly by using the modular design method.Including the calculation of the main parameters for the main circuit,such as high-frequency transformer,resonant inductance,etc.The required function is completed by designing the control circuit,drive circuit and protective circuit.Combining the respective advantages of fuzzy and PI algorithms to determine the control strategy with the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PI algorithm,and the simulation of the algorithm is done.Finally,using the Simulink of Matlab to creat a model of the system to simulat and analysis,and do experiment by using the prototype of the dedicated pulse power supply for the special processes of the aluminum alloy.The results of the experiment and simulation show that the pulse power supply studied in the paper is feasible to achieve a bi-direction pulse output,and the design objective has been achieved.Figures(71), tables(10),references(68)...
