Carbon fiber material has strong corrosion resistance and high tensile strength, which could be used as a kind of new building materials for improving the tensile strength and durability of the concrete structure. In this paper,the concrete plates bending strength was researched and the concrete plates were reinforced by carbon fiber textile with different fiber volume spaced at80mm and120mm. The carbon textile is made of fiber roving through flat knitting technology in two dimensions, which is dipped into the carbon fiber infiltration gum and processed adhering sand on its surface to enhance its bonding strength with concrete.The test research shows that the concrete plates’bending strength and deflection gradually improve with the increase of the volume of the carbon fiber. Compared with the plain concrete plates, the Ultimate load averages reinforced by Carbon fiber textile which was made with30,40and50unitary bundles of carbon fibers spaced at80mm, increase by47.6%,101.7%,106.6%while the midspan deflections of the plates increase263.5%,256.5%,410.6%. Compared with the plain concrete plates,the Ultimate load averages reinforced by Carbon fiber textile which be made with32,40and48unitary bundles of carbon fibers spaced at120mm, increases by50.2%,77.3%,97%while the midspan deflections of the plates increase271.8%,395.3%,401.2%,respectively.Different grid spacing has a certain impact on specimens’bending capacity.When the usage amount of carbon fiber textile is the same, compared with the grid spacing120mm specimens, The average ultimate bearing capacity of grid spacing80mm specimens is higher, but the average midspan deflection is lower. Especially the two groups of specimens which are made of forty unitary bundles of carbon fibers are relatively obvious. Compared with the grid spacing120mm specimens, The average ultimate bearing capacity of grid spacing80mm specimens increases by13.9%,but the average midspan deflection decreases by28%.Compared with the same spacing steel fabrics which are made of diameter6mm rebars, The average ultimate bearing capacity of specimens reinforced by carbon fiber textiles is much higher, but the average midspan deflection is much lower. The average ultimate bearing capacity and midspan deflection of specimens reinforced by carbon fiber textiles which be made of50unitary bundles of fiber and spaced at80mm attained the maximum in the same spacing specimens and reached the same spacing steel fabrics’67.7%and146.6%, respectively. And the average ultimate bearing capacity and deflection of specimens reinforced by carbon fiber textiles which be made of48unitary bundles of fibers and spaced at80mm attained the maximum in the same spacing specimens and reached the same spacing steel fabrics’78.4%and167.1%, respectively.
