| The program of our existing generator electromagnetic calculator is developed anddesigned In Excel2003based on the (DZ)28-63"Electromagnetic Generator formula".However, the actual type of our product differs clearly from the type of the electric generator(DZ)28-63. The difference is that the original calculator program adopts the integralgenerator structure; whist our plant uses a genaretor lamination structure. It therefore resultsin different calculation of the ventilation especially on the calculation of the temperature.Meanwhile, generator damp-winding is used in our plant but not considered in the originalcalculation program. In order to get better calculation results we make further improvementon the existing electromagnetic program, although the existing programs already developedsome improvement based on the original calculation without big error on calculation results.In this paper we start analysis with the aspect of the structure of the generator withreference to the corresponding generator electromagnetic calculation program, and then makesome adjustments based on the formula for calculating to accommodate the existing generatorstructure. After completion of the adjustment formula, the powerful built-in macro in ExcelFunction is used for program development and then the calculation results are compared withthat from original program. When the calculation is done, the finite element method analysissoftware was loaded on the existing motor magnetic field for simulation analysis. Meanwhilethe finite element analysis software is used to simulate the temperature rise of the generatoroperation. From simulation verification for the calculation and finite element analysis, itfurther demonstrates the accuracy of the synchronous generator electromagnetic calculationprogram.In the end of the paper, we summarize the existing electromagnetic calculations aresummarized and point out the existing shortcomings, with the hope of better work in thefuture. |
