Forklift manufacturing industry in China is a strong growth in the industry, with the development of manufacturing industry, logistics industry, provides a good growth space for forklift production.The noise of forklift system is one of the main noise of forklift work, this kind of noise with sound pressure rises quickly, the high peak, the characteristics of the short duration of significant harm to the human auditory system. In the research, the major domestic institutions and industry leading enterprises in the analysis and verification of the door frame system of strength, structure optimization and verification, various research really applied to products there is a certain gap between batch production.In this paper, the optimization design of the structure of the forklift, realize the lightweight design of portal frame and reduce operation noise. Through the analysis of the2tons of a domestic battery balance weight type forklift truck door frame system noise reasons, puts forward section portal frame steel re design and selection in order to realize the lightweight, optimization and manufacturing precision of steel finishing machining. As used in the manufacture of low noise level, gantry type steel high lifting capacity is mainly through the import, in China the high machining precision steel blank, which restricts the quality level of domestic portal frame of forklift’s improvement. The door frame CAD design software for strength and safety coefficient checking forklift structure is improved according to the optimal scheme, and installation test, in order to achieve the lightweight and noise reduction.Finally through the door frame after optimization can achieve lower the door frame system noise, especially the noise impact is under good control; to realize the reduction of portal frame structure weight, thereby reducing the overall weight, the lightweight design of this type of fork truck; reduce the door frame system in the lifting process of irregular vibration influence on the service life of materials; to extend battery forklift battery duration; the most is hot-rolled profiles instead of welding materials, promote the improvement of production efficiency, reduce the labor cost, effectively ensuring the consistency of manufacturing quality level.
