With the rapid development of Internet of things,forklift,as a special material handling vehicle,has ushered in a period of high-speed development,but it is also facing great challenges.As the application field of forklift becomes more and more extensive,the requirements on forklift become more and more stringent.As a key stressed component of forklift,the door frame system of forklift is of great significance to the adaptive development of forklift,including its structural design,material research and development,stress analysis and optimization.Therefore,in this paper,a 3-ton forklift door frame system will be taken as the research object,and the static and dynamic characteristics of the force in its working process will be studied.Firstly,based on the overall structure and function of the forklift door frame and the main technical parameters of each part,the dimensions of each part of the door frame were designed and calculated.Solid Works software was used to accurately model each part of the door frame system,and the overall assembly and interference detection were completed to ensure the accuracy of the model.Secondly,select normal operation condition of the door frame,using a seamless connection relationship with the ANSYS workbench software,the model imported into the workbench structure statics analysis is educed in the model of the total deformation of figure,on the basis of the equivalent stress nephogram of the portal frame is the overall modal analysis,it is concluded that the natural frequency,verify whether there is a resonance occurs.Thirdly,based on the importance of connecting the top and bottom of the inner door frame,the design exploration optimization software in workbench is used to optimize and analyze the inner door frame,so that the inner door frame can achieve the goal of lightweight on the basis of meeting the requirements of strength,stiffness and stability.Finally,through a seamless interface between Solid Works and Adams software,the forklift door frame model import Adams,after setting up the working environment,the door frame model for the simulation calculation and graph output measurement,forklift door frame workschedule state respectively,components under the change of force curve,finally the output graph to do in-depth analysis and research,for after the door frame design to provide a reliable and effective method.
