The production of the Aluminum electrolytic capacitor in China accounts forabout a third of the world, but by technology, manufacturing, detection, testing andso on various factors, the production still stay in a low-standard. Preparing to enterthe High-end market, the first problem need to solve is the reliability of theproduction. Due to the aluminum electrolytic capacitor in the working status is notsuitable for the real time measurement to the capacity value, so it’s keeping andifficult point of the reliability test that how to gain the testing data without damagethe test condition.This thesis is making the aluminum electrolytic capacitor as the object of study,base on the summary of the current aluminum electrolytic capacitor reliability testmethod, designed a system to do the real-time collection, monitoring, analysis andprocessing to the important parameters such as capacity values, qualities and so on inall volts and temperature range, realized the function of obtaining the mainparameters of Aluminum electrolytic capacitors in the working state, provided amethod which can improve the reliability of data in the reliability research of thealuminum electrolytic capacitor.The design of the collection system is divided into two parts of the hardwarepart and the software part, considering the update and expansion of the system, allthe parts are taken to be designed by modules. The hardware part is designed by thecondition of the aluminum electrolytic capacitor environmental test, and is formed ofthe Power Signal Source Module, the Sampling Module, the Parameter SwitchingModule, the Multiple Selection Module, the Data Collection Module, and the ControlModule. First, system solved the problem of the real-time collection of the aluminumelectrolytic capacitor in the rated working voltage by taking the ac/dc superposition,feedback of stability and separation measurement technology, realized the aim of high accuracy real-time measurement for the aluminum electrolytic capacitor duringthe all volts and temperature range; Second, realized the real-time correction andbatch measurement of the system by the Reference Comparison Method, the FourLine Survey Method, and the RMS Technologies, and Multiple Detection ControlTechnology.The software part is designed by the failure analysis of the aluminumelectrolytic capacitor, it’s divided into two parts of the database part and the interfaceinteraction part. the database part can save the detail of the testing capacitors by sorts,forms a testing database, provide the users to check, reference and analysis; Theinterface interaction is formed of the Information Input Module, the InformationMonitoring Module and the Failure Analysis Module, providing an media for users tomonitor the environmental test, and do the data selection, processing, recording,check and analysis, realized the automatic test and auxiliary users of the reliabilityanalysis by the user Settings.
